Since 1992, Bay Area native Rosario “Charo” has been building her business based on a simple concept: Treat each client with honesty, respect, and care. Although he has received many accolades, they pale in comparison to his compassion and commitment to ethical business.
Rosario “Charo” understands the nuance and insight it takes, and she loves helping people find their dream home. With relentless drive, incisive attention to detail, and strong negotiating tactics, she is no stranger to making things happen.
Originally from Peru, while owning a business and raising a family, she earned a degree in Psychology from the University in Peru.
In 1990, Rosario “Charo” and her family moved to the Bay Area, where she was introduced to the world of Real Estate, Charo got her license in 1992 and has since built a successful career as a top realtor.
Charo’s passion for helping others inspired her, along with her sister and friend, to establish an ONG for SHUMAK WAMBRA
Charo now brings that same passion and dedication to her role as a board member of the Hispanic Chamber of Contra Costa County.
